Getting better
Weight and BG and BP were down, though BP was nothing to write home about. I suspect Dr. B is not going to be happy about my BP numbers. I'm not happy about them either.
Realized too late that I was out of Asian veggies but the broccoli/cauliflower/carrots worked okay with a little soy sauce. The salmon thawed out right on time and grilled up well, and the basmati rice cooked up so it was ready only a little after the salmon.
I'm considering driving down to Vegas Monday night/early Tuesday morning to avoid the heat, but I'll have to do laundry first since I didn't get it done today.
