I do indeed. The raisins are a little old but since they have to be rehydrated anyway they should be just fine. So, there will be Irish cake on Christmas.

Thanks for the offer of the ham-filled pineapple, but we're doing a ham as the meat of the feast and have a fresh pineapple to be hacked up as well. We'll be okay. If you want to bring some soda with, that would be appreciated, You can never have enough soda. :D
