I talked to her about it this afternoon before I took off to do laundry, and she said she'd dropped you from one of the panels to avoid the conflict. Keep in mind she's been getting deluged with e-mails since Sunday (when the original deadline was supposed to be Tuesday) so she might not have seen your e-mail right away.
