wombat_socho | not a good start to the morning

I arrived at work this morning only to find that my regular glasses weren't in my bag. Since I normally change to my sunglasses before leaving the apartment building for the truck, either I left them on top of the mailboxes in the apartment lobby or dropped them somewhere between there and the bus this morning. This means I have to get through the day in my shades, which makes it hard to get things done - they're Polaroids, and those don't work well with the new flat screens. Much eye fatigue ensues, to say nothing of everyone thinking I'm on drugs. :(

Also, I totally spaced out my lab appointment this morning, which is going to make getting my medical records awkward. Rescheduled the tests for tomorrow morning; fortunately I have plenty of days left this week in which to make up the time, even with movers' reps coming to give me price estimates for the move.
