Been thinking off and on about what to say next week at the funeral, and I have to admit I don't have much at this point. I'll come up with something, I'm sure, but it bothers me some that I can't just whip something suitable out. Then again, Mom was more complicated than most folks thought from their first impressions, and it's hard to pin that down.

P paid off her share of the airline tickets, which is good since I'm a bit low on gas and bandages.
