The quarterly shearing and other amusements

Weight was flat today, BP was normal, and BG was almost normal.

Managed to reschedule my appointment with Dr. K to Wednesday next week, which will save me a fair bit of money on my hotel. Also called TransUnion to open a dispute over my student loans, which still appear on my credit report despite having been forgiven back in January. Once those are cleared off, my credit rating should improve considerably.

Shaved and went out to get my ears lowered, after whichi I spent a couple of hours ingressing. Didn't go out to the airport, but I did venture into the hilly part of town east of 6/95 to trash Blackwasp's anchor there, after which I had a (pretty spendy)* lunch at the A&W before continuing up the road to recharge various portals, capture the Clown Motel and throw links & fields from it, and then call it a day. Score is still 186-519, but the last checkpoint was 263-2, so that ought to be coming down soon.

Thought about going over to Raley's, but there's nothing I really need there that I can't get tomorrow. Ditto with the post office, where the box from Snarky Tea finally showed up after having to be re-addressed.

Threw a loaf of bread in the robot; it's 3.5c regular/1c einkorn, and I was careful with the measurements, so it should turn out as well as the last one.

I'm going to have to do better with battle management in the Polish campaign. Too many of my divisions are clinging to fallback line orders and getting destroyed; also, I am coming to see why people regard armored cars as a waste of time. I should have just gone with 7/2 cavalry divisions, and concentrated production on tanks (or TD) instead.

*A grilled chicken club sandwich, large diet root beer, and large cheese curds should not be almost $20, ffs. I think it would have been only a bit more expensive at the Stage Stop, but I would have gotten a LOT more food.
