Orphans of the aisles
Jonathan Margolis wanders through Sainsbury's and considers a number of "orphan brands", products one would have thought long since departed from the free market such as Marmite, Brasso, and Fray Bentos Steak and Kidney Pie.
I myself have used Brasso; nothing quite like it for making one's collar brass and belt buckle (on the dress greens, naturally) shine the way they're supposed to.
