I was citing an example of how one friend's LJ came back to bite them in the ass. LJ is a lot more public venue than we generally think. You haven't said anything that anyone would sue over. However, the Staff-Only section of the AD forum might be a better place for commenting on AD issues than LJ. At the very least I generally Friends-lock any AD posts in LJ.
Personally, I'm keeping out of whatever is going on behind the scenes unless specifically asked otherwise. As far as I'm concerned, it's in an SEP (Somebody Else's Problem) Field.
