Professor Death recounts his unpleasant experience with Delta, and over the weekend he linked to Isaac Spaceman's rant against US Air.
Now, I've had nothing but praise for Delta after my initial confusion over Dad's frequent flyer miles passed, but then I don't have much to compare them to except for Northwest Airlines, which these days seems intent on living up to the acronym painted on their planes' tails, NWA.
