And if I had the extra bling lying about, that's what I'd be doing. Morons dumping all their stocks... 2 things will happen: market recovers, or everything goes to hell and the money you sold your stocks for (and at lowball prices) will be worth less than the paper it's printed on anyway...

The market's going to recover. It may take 20 years, as with Hoover/FDR and the crash of 1929, but that's okay. I'll be a year short of retirement at that point. :D
