Saturday night in the Biggest Little City In The World
Yesterday didn't start out well - like an idiot, I'd left my syringes in my work bag - but I managed to get through my five hours in the tax mines anyway. Had one client cancel but wound up doing five returns anyway.
Afterward, I went to Walmart and picked up more 50ml syringes, then drove up to the King Buffet and had a mediocre Chinese buffet before going back to my room and chilling out with Pandora, Civicrack, and The Tears Of The Sun.
Going to finish getting dressed, scrape the face a little, and then hit Peg's for eggs and stuff before heading in to work for a few hours.
Chatted with Madge a little on Messenger. Her family reunion in June might get scrubbed on account of Biden's gas inflation, but I might just motor on down to Arizona and see her anyway. Or we might meet halfway in Vegas. We'll see how it all works out.
