Before the meeting

Slept in an hour after the alarm went off this morning at 8, and am only now starting to feel somewhat awake & alert. Now that I've gotten a better look at my toes, it looks like I was mistaken - the doc didn't pull the whole nail, he just trimmed the offending parts. Whatever works. I still need to go out and get peroxide for the daily baths, and some bandages big enough to wrap around the toes, but that can wait until after today's meeting/party.

Got the truck jump-started last night (set me back $40, but at least the Sportage is rolling again) and drove slowly home. Decided to leave the grocery shopping and laundry for this evening and just get the room picked up before showering, moisturizing the feet, and going forth to the meeting.

Got a couple of ingrown toenails and had to have minor surgery. There's a more detailed post on that back a couple of days.
