I guess I should have realized that when management put the kibosh on non-work writing that it would affect not just my regular writing but also my personal journal and the BMFP. What with all the other stuff going on these last few months (school, injuries, illnesses, etc.) I just haven't had time to get the first BMFP issue of 2004 out the pipe. So, I'm giving up. Considering my addiction to e-mail and web browsing, I shouldn't have nearly as much trouble maintaining this with a quick entry every day or two.

[livejournal.com profile] phoenixalpha has been suggesting that I do this for a while now, but I've fought the idea since I'm not all that thrilled with the notion of hanging my opinions and feelings out in front of Bog and everybody. Still, the siren of convenience sings her song powerfully, and who knows? I may get some more timely comments from people if I'm doing this daily instead of at sporadic intervals.

Hi, Kevin.

This is a little harder to comment on since the comment areas are broken up into sections. Or is there a way to see the whole thing at once to comment on it?

I trust that you'll be happy with this and better able to keep up with it. It is good to read what's happening.

I don't think there's a way to read all of it at once and then comment on it the way one does in an APA.

While I would probably have preferred to continue to receive the old digest-form BMFP, I guess the times (they) are a-changin'. Now I'll just check in a couple of times a month and plow through the postings.

Since I'm not a LiveJournal user, I'll just sign this...

George (I'm sure you remember George... the two or three of him, actually).

Of course I remember the two (er, three) Georges. You are aware that you can get a free LJ account and just post, right? Also, you can embed your LJ in your existing website. Carry on, T/Sgt MacIvor. ;)
