Srsly, though, the one we make is a variation on traditional soda bread, with a lot more butter and raisins instead of those asinine currant things. The one I make isn't really up to standard since it's made in a bread machine and not a cast iron skillet, but on the other hand it's a hell of a lot easier to clean up after.
