Word to the wise: whether you're letting the robot handle it or doing it traditionally in the skillet, be sure you let it stand for a few minutes and cool down a little before trying to remove it from the pan. If you don't, it will disintegrate into a mass of crumbs the first time you take a knife to it. :(
