Not only do we have to be wary of RSI screwing up our wrists, apparently now we have to beware of spinal damage from our laptops. I tell you, the cranial implants/IO headbands can't get here soon enough. (Instapundit)

I guess there'll be a physical therapy clinic next door to the nursing home for bitter old SF fans* somewhere in the City of the Future.

The truly sick thing about the Home for Old and Bitter Fans is that P and I actually wasted half an hour of our lives coming up with potential cast members for this concept, although since we were laughing our asses off I guess you can't really say it was wasted.

I'm actually relieved that this article isn't about the perils of heavy laptop bags... mine routinely tips the scales at over 30 pounds (particularly when there are two laptops in there.

The big vector for RSI continues to be "one-handed typing". Don't be that guy. :-)
