The thing is I think she has taken her incredible strength (she is a mighty woman) as a given and at a certain point when you keep burning your reserves, you run out of reserves. A wise person knows their limits. I took a second job about 8 years ago that ended up getting me 4 hours of sleep, it cost me a lot. I had an emotional breakdown, and fucked my relationships so badly, they aren't the same even now. She's gotta stop. If I were her, I would take a leave of absence from the job, quit the second one for now and just stay home. Garden maybe.
