Considering that I am right now, I suppose I am. (shamelessly stolen, thanksbelindabird!)
[02] Would you do meth if it was legal?
God, no.
[03] Abortion: for or against it?
Against. There are an assload of people willing to adopt, and it seems to leave emotional damage out of proportion to the convenience.
I agree that we should be doing more to prevent teenage pregnancy and deter single motherhood, which seldom works out well unless one is rich and able to hire nannies, etc. to stand in for family, but abortion isn't the answer to poor/no planning. (What do you expect? I'm Catholic.)

No. After Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, Indira Gandhi, and Angela Merkel, anyone who still thinks this is an ignorant idiot.

Yes.

On the one hand I agree with Ann Coulter that we have enough damage being done with alcohol being legal, but on the other hand, trying to make booze and beer illegal was a five-alarm disaster. So I tend to agree with the late John W. Campbell Jr.: legalize all the drugs (pharmaceutical and recreational) and let Darwin's chainsaw sort it out. Think of it as evolution in action.

Answer unclear, ask again later. I don't think it did me any good - it was fun, yeah, but I think it also screwed up my attitudes toward sex and intimacy in a very unhealthy way. This has had consequences, some of them ugly.

[09] Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
No. Civil unions, sure, but marriages, no. I'm sympathetic to the argument that government ought to get out of the marriage business altogether and leave it to the churches, but as long as governments have a vested interest in promoting childbirth and parenting in the context of healthy families, there will be laws advantaging what have come to be called traditional marriages.Between the Idea and the Reality lies the Shadow.

Yes. You're old enough to die for your country and vote for those who send you off to die, the least they can do is allow you to get hammered in your down time.

Yes. Murder by any other name is murder; if you think somebody needs to die so badly, pull the trigger yourself and take your chances with the jury.
Historically, it's been a short trip from voluntary euthanasia to involuntary euthanasia. See Nazi Germany and the Netherlands for grim examples.

No, but I'd cheerfully shoot a flag burner for half of that. The flag is something Americans have died to protect, and burning it is a statement that you have no respect for the dead and the republic they died to preserve. Free speech is free speech, not nihilistic, egotistical displays of childish pique.

Neither of the above. I voted for McCain because the was the lesser of two evils.
