I'm doing this and I'm signing that

I didn't get any work done on the authentic assessment last night. Looking at it today as I'm ready to head out the door, I have to face the fact that attempt #2 is a complete piece of crap and I'll have to fall back on what was originally intended to be the unit plan and beat that into something like a usable assessment. At this point I'm tempted to just print out what I have, shove it in an envelope and hope for the best, but that way lies a solid F. So it'll go out tomorrow.

Today was actually mostly spent working, which is pretty unusual here at the Evil Banking Neighbor. Unfortunately, a lot of it was spent dealing with people who badly need brain implants in order to reach the moron level, but that's the way it is in the wonderful world of finance. Kill them all.

Getting back on the Fitday.com horse has so far been a success, and food intake has been far below the 5000 calories it claims I'm burning every day, so I should see a nice drop when I step on the scale next Tuesday. For now, though, I need to get the hell out of here and go home to do schoolwork.

This kind of egoboo I don't need

Getting sixteen comments to one of my posts is a neat feeling...until finding out that 16 of them are anonymous blather left by some bogans in Queensland (or spoofing their IP address to make it look like Queensland, anyway) and/or their sockpuppets, This is the sort of garbage that makes people f-lock their LJs. I've been reluctant to do that since it would keep a number of friends who don't have LJs from posting the occasional astute comment here. Well, I'll leave things open for now and see what happens. God only knows what attracted those idiots.
