Didn't actually do much to help with the OMGWTFBBQ yesterday since [livejournal.com profile] redmartel did all the heavy lifting, but [livejournal.com profile] jamestrainor and I did stop by SA and pick up three 12-packs of Coke product, which turned out to be necessary but insufficient. Next time, more coolers, more ice, and more fluids of all kinds. It was a good party, lots of folks hanging out and talking, not too much shop talk, food, fireworks, etc. It was all good. I got home about 11-ish, changed shirts, made a short trip to Wal-Mart for some necessaries, and went to bed about 1:30.

Today I slept in until about 11, goofed around with Civicrack until about 2, showered, dressed, did some dishes, and finished a light lunch before [livejournal.com profile] jamestrainor showed up for swimming. We spent about 45 minutes in the pool and went out to dinner at Mystic Lake after drying off; that worked out well since I won $21 and change off $2 in the Tabasco machine, and that covered the cost of my dinner. So it was a good Father's Day.
