Clearing some space

While I did spend most of the day in and around New Vegas (and waiting in vain for someone to send their links in for the FMJRA) I did take some time to fill several bags of trash from the bedroom, one from the kitchen, and one from the living room, and hauled most of them out in the early evening after the sun had started to go down and it was below 90. Tomorrow, the remaining bags plus some boxes, and I'll do a little sweeping in the kitchen and the hallway to clear away all the stray grocery bags & miscellaneous garbage. 

Dinner tonight was a pork chop & a couple of brats, with a bag of zucchini on the side. I didn't enjoy gardening in Minneapolis one damn bit, but on the other hand having those monster zucchini plants producing huge quantities of summer squash was nice. Zucchini bread, stuffed zucchini, just plain sliced zucchini on salads, and zucchini in the microwave. 

Made a fair amount of progress in Azur Lane and FGO. 

an excessively long Sunday

Woke up way too early (0600) and couldn't get back to sleep; wound up playing FGO and Azur Lane until I got bored and then got up. Weight was up, BG was normal, and BP was up a little; had a flax muffin with coffee for breakfast, got caught up on the FMJRA, and then split a pair with the Red Sox. 

Wound up going back to bed for a nap and then got up at 1830 to go do laundry. Was going to be virtuous and have a salad, but they had a beef pot pie on special and it was worth it. Came home a few hours later after doing some Ingress: captured some portals, threw some links and fields, and then went home to do Rule 5 Sunday.

Going to leave the rest of the trash hauling and sweeping until tomorrow. I plan on getting up early to do this, and then going over to Raley's for eggs and cream and maybe some tea. 

Also tomorrow is my virtual interview with Anne, which I expect will go well.
