Burger satisfaction
Aug. 11th, 2022 10:02 pmWeight was down a little this morning, BP and BG were normal. Had eggs, sausage, fried taters and an English muffin with coffee for breakfast.
Made two calls today, one to Image Dental about the bill. Was on hold for about 20 minutes before being transferred to the person who could help me, and then I was on hold for another thirty minutes, at which point I hung up. The other call was to the local BK, who had cozened me out of half the beef on my Southwest Double Spicy Bacon Whopper. The manager apologized and put me in the Book, so I motored on over there for lunch and got it along with a Whopper Jr. combo with onion rings, extra onion rings for $1, and a large Diet Coke. This made me a tad sleepy, but since I was out of tea, I went to Raley's and got some, along with fruit, a couple of bags of bulgur wheat on clearance, onions, and some buttermilk, which I will feed to the bread robot tomorrow. Also got some distilled water for the nose hose. Having finished that, I decided to take a two-hour nap and did, since I had been up since 0800.
Tomorrow I have postcards to go to the post office, a money order to deposit into the N3F account, and probably some maintenance to do on various portals. Also, a three-game series against Cincinnati at 1800.
