Dec. 1st, 2022 12:12 am Weight was up a little, BG on the low end of nominal, and BP was okay.
Fixed a large breakfast of eggs and sausage and lots of cheese, and that filled me up until a little after 2100, when I fixed a baked potato with more cheese and bacon bits.
Aside from that it was a pretty unproductive day. Played some more Civicrack, did the daily bloggage, decided not to go out until tomorrow when the VA drops its disability check. Because I really don't need anything, though some more tea would be nice.
Much inbound email from Paul and Brian in response to the Thanksgiving email I (by mistake) sent to everyone back East. Doug and Trish replied earlier and Trish promised a longer reply later.
