Was admitted yesterday from the vascular clinic and will be here untiil at least Monday when the docs are going to poke around iin the new wound, remove whatever foulness they find, and then weld me up again. P and terminally cute infectious disease doc's boss have broken me of making references to "laudable pus" and amputation jokes. Much thanks to P for bringing Cowzilla, nose hose, & Baseball Prospectus today, not to mention moral(e) support last night.
