Joel Rosenberg is dead.
Condolences to fgherman and his daughters.

He was a good SF/fantasy writer and a tireless advocate for RKBA, and he will be missed.

I was shocked when I heard today (in email, in the Einblatt), and had to break it to Greg Ketter, who almost collapsed from shock.

He and I didn't see eye to eye (more on convention stuff than politics), but he was a good guy who really stood up for what he believed. Were there more people on all sides of issues who were both well-informed and had backbones.
