Date: 2006-01-28 03:44 am (UTC)I suppose that part of the problem was that nobody in the administration was paying much attention to what was going on until long after things had gotten completely out of hand. If the university had strictly enforced the rules about who was allowed to work at the station, it's possible that the radical politics might never have had the chance to get so dug in there that the only solution was to go with the nuclear option.
