Adventures with Mass Transporatation

I can relate to your chagrin with the train and bus schedules. I began taking the bus back in December when I had the temp gig at the newspaper. At least you live in a major city, where there is some excuse for mass transportation. Here in Syracuse mass transportation is just an an excuse. All we have here are buses, although they are new and comfortable. We could have had a local rail system that would link the local meg mall with downtown with the University. Unfortunately political red tape has all but killed construction the bridge needed to connect the Transportation Center to the mall, so the trains sit rusting out. This leaves me waiting in the snow and 8F cold for a bus that is always 10 minutes behind schedule. Well, beggars can't be chosers, I'm still saving a nice chunk of change in parking and gas.
