wombat_sochoWeight went up Tuesday but back down this morning; BG was on the low side of nominal and normal before dinner, and BP was normal. Thinking about packing the scale and the BP meter in the suitcase for Reno.
Elizabeth called today, responding to my email yesterday in which I expressed willingness to come up Friday so I could cover that Saturday shift if needed. She wants me in the office Saturday at noon and I said no problem. We discussed the post-LTUE week and she allowed as how one of the Damonte Ranch tax pros was going to be out that week, they could probably use me, and she's going to take it up with Anne, who is still working on my lodging in her copious free time (sic). Looks like I have a few dropoff returns to work on tomorrow.
Tried making a lemon poppy seed loaf but I'm pretty sure I overdid the lemon flavoring. Or didn't use enough Splenda. Hard to say. I don't think it'll be better in the morning but I can't bear the idea of throwing it out before letting it sit overnight in the fridge.
Looks like the DOE check will hit tomorrow or Friday and a smaller check from Block on Friday. Need to remember to drop off my rent check on my way out of town on Friday.
