Delays en route

wombat_socho Couldn't book a room at the Cannery through the Boyd website, and there wasn't much difference between the Priceline rates for Aliante and the Cannery, so I went with the former. I think the rooms at the Aliante are marginally nicer than the Cannery. I stupidly ordered mass quantities of Chinese through Uber Eats, so I didn't sleep well, and as a result instead of going straight home after refueling at Maverik. I wound up having microsleep issues after passing through Amargosa Springs and therefore stopped overnight in Beatty at the Exchange Club.
Got home a little after noon, unpacked, did a full post in the afternoon (took forever because the internet was painfully slow), played some FNV because it was too late to hit the post office, and then wasted a couple of hours on X and the FNV wiki before deciding to just pack it in for the night.
Surprisingly, I took two out of three from the Tribe at the Mistake on the Lake. We're still at the bottom of our division, 11 games behind Pete's Brewers, .003 behind Oakland. We'll see if I can whip on Dom's hapless Royals Friday.
Tomorrow I'll get caught up on blogging, hit the post office, and maybe stop by Raley's for tea.
