Date: 2006-05-05 11:40 am (UTC)I found keeping a food diary remarkably helpful when dieting, It really makes you conscious of what you're eating. I've been doing very good on my diet so far, except that I've been in the office all week. When I'm working, I pack lunch and one snack (usually fruit or yogurt) and stick to that. Today I'm home, then have to head over to the mall, so it will be tough. I think the weather will be nice today so if I'm hanging around the house either I'll go out for a walk or work in the garden to stay away from food.
