My Wile E. Coyote moment of the week

Except less painful, fortunately. I was all pumped up and ready to tackle another huge bundle of incoming registrations, so it was a pretty big letdown to find a whole seven envelopes in the box today. Not only that, five of them clearly didn't get the concept of "postmarked by". Well, we'll hang onto those until their owners show up to claim them at the convention. As Steve Cannon used to say, "I got the money."

Otherwise, it's been a pretty slow day around here. Programming meeting tonight, which will hopefully be fairly short, and then a long drive home to Bloomington.

Here's a pick me up - the volunteer buttons look FANTASTIC! Brian's design is just perfect. When all's said and done we churned out some 50 staff buttons and we have 55 volunteer so far - more to come, obviously. So, there ya go!

Fifty staff buttons? Last time I looked, we only had about thirty people on staff. Has tech grown that huge that quickly?
