I may be overstating how bad the PG County schools are; my niece has a very jaundiced view of them, but I suppose that's to be expected when you're a black/Latina goth otaku. On the other hand, the taxes are definitely lower on the other side of the Potomac. I've heard good things about the Frederick and Howard County schools, but there's no postings up from those yet. I expect I'll see a massive flood of posts come May and June as teachers decide to retire/quit/move on, and that's pretty much when I'm going to decide what to apply for.

Of course, since I'll be looking for work with a provisional license, I may not be able to be all that picky. We'll see, won't we?
