Date: 2006-10-26 11:40 pm (UTC)The mental health business (drug & detox treatment in particular) has long been a very profitable part of "Medical Alley" up here in Minnesota. Also, it's extremely rare to find any kind of medical insurance that doesn't have mental health coverage on it. (Could be a state mandate up here; not sure.)
Besides, if Our Dark Lord Karl pulls off a surprise smackdown again at the polls, those places will be doing a land-office business from BDS cases alone.
