wombat_sochoSynchronicity is one of the things that makes me believe that
1) there is a God, and
2) He occasionally enjoys a sick sense of humor.
Case in point: the BGM for this post.
Convergence this year was odd. I saw a lot of people, but mostly in passing; I put in a lot of time in Programming Ops, but don't feel like I really accomplished that much. So here I am on Monday, hanging out with P in a South Minneapolis coffee joint, feeling...out of it. I guess I want to think things over some before I make a longer and more extensive post about the convention. In the meantime, I need to haul P over to a friend's place where she'll be crashing overnight before she flies back to Dulles in the morning, and then go back home to unpack and get ready for tomorrow.
I don't really feel like doing anything, to be honest. It could be a combination of post-con depression and general dissatisfaction, it could be fatigue. We'll see how I feel in the morning. Right now, it's time to leave before the folk music really gets rolling.
