wombat_sochoDid a whole lot of nothing last night and today...mostly laid/sat around in bed getting whipped at Civ III and reading Service and Style, an interesting little book about American department stores and their role in outfitting and defining the middle class. I'd be tempted to sack out and call it a night, but since I don't have to be anywhere until the 0900 lymphedema appointment in Falls Church tomorrow, I won't. I do have to go out and get some tape, though; the twin-pack of 3M tape didn't last as long as I'd hoped it would. I think I'm also going to get some large Curad bandages for the left leg, since that only has one point of leakage...
Haven't played a whole bunch of EVE since Balticon; none of my characters are where I want them to be in terms of skills, and I can only train one at a time, so I've been doing a lot of logging in and changing skills but not much actual PVE, much less PVP. Thus all the Civ 3. Yeah, I know, I should be putting bookshelves together, but that's happening too. So it's all good.
Oh yeah - I am finally and definitely permanent with Wilbar, starting on the 28th. Hooyah.
