I've been happy with a lot of sushi joints, from Route 1 on out to 169, but Hana Tokyo gets five stars and the mushroom cloud cluster. Prompt service, excellent quality sushi (the house roll is particularly fine), and best of all the sushi chef keeps everyone at the bar happy by delivering orders in sections so you're not waiting forever for him to finish a gargatious order, whether it's yours or somebody else's. I very seldom tip above 20%if sex is not involved (and everybody knows you never get anything from the waitress except what's on the menu) but I left 20% for the waitress and $20 for the sushi chef. It was THAT good.
Some might whine about the a la carte charges for nigiri, but since I mainly eat rolls anyway I'm unconcerned.
