Whoa. Took the EVE character jamestrainor gave me out for a spin in a tricked-out Armageddon, blew stuff up with the greatest of ease, and am thinking about how I'm going to be able to afford two characters. I suppose I could sell this one, but laser boats are more fun than I thought.

Yep. There's a dingus on the eve website to let you transfer a character to another account, for 20 bucks per transfer. It's usually used when you're selling your char, but it's also useful for this.
