Saturday's domestic pleasures
Apr. 26th, 2008 07:08 pmGot up fairly early to meet RS for breakfast at Mancini's, which was good, then went home and largely wasted the afternoon playing EVE while reading Jonah Goldberg's Liberal Fascism. Around dinnertime, I threw the makings for oatmeal-molasses bread into the robot, loaded the dishwasher, and contented myself with tuna salad for dinner. After the ball game I'll go out and get some yogurt, cash in my free 12-pack coupon for some Diet Coke, and try not to go nuts in the grocery store.
Right now, though, it's time to see if the Nationals can make it two in a row against the Cubs. Matt Chico's on the mound, so they might have a shot.
