Out and about
Aug. 20th, 2009 12:13 pmOff to Ashburn, hopefully returning with a new box/repaired Failbox. Going to deal with library books while I'm out, maybe some other stuff too.
Nothing much going on the last couple of days, as you may have gathered. Re-read Mike Hoare's Mercenary, his account of 5 Commando's exploits during the 1965 Simba Rebellion in the Congo, watched some anime, listened to the Nats drop two to the Rockies. :( Might go to the game Friday, since they're offering $1 tickets and I have nothing better to do than hang around downtown in the noon hour to get them.
