Weight is back below 380, BP was OK, and BG was almost normal; it was normal after I finished my OLA shift and headed off to pick up mail and have a pulled pork sammich with fried cheese curds and fries at the TBC. Took forever for the sandwich and fries to come out, but it was worth waiting for. Afterwards, I went to Raley's for tea, fig bars, bread, and a couple of protein bars before going home to do blogging and a couple of tax returns.
Doc Bui was pretty happy with my numbers, especially the A1c which is pretty close to normal. We're not going to mess with anything until I'm back from Reno and have had a chance to recover from the Death March.
Both the poncho liner and the trackball were in, along with a bunch of stuff from the VA and a letter from Martin.
I was originally planning to do some packing and loading tonight, but meh...for some reason lately, both OLA and wrestling with Work Center (curse it with a hundred curses, and the fools who made it the centerpiece of our digital effort a thousand times more) leave me tired in the brain, so much so that all I want to do is sit around reading while Civicrack does its thing. Well, I'm going to bed shortly, so I'll be up pretty early, and I can take care of all the packing and loading at once, or at worst, after I finish the OLA stuff.
