Back in the USSR
Sep. 30th, 2022 09:09 pmWhile my BG and BP have been good, my weight has been creeping up. Have to pay closer attention to what's going in the piehole.
After some helpful advice from James, I got HOI4 working - just the vanilla version, because since they just launched a new DLC/upgrade, all the mods I use are now broken. So far the rebellion against Stalin is going well - I have secured the perimeter, plopped a bunch of militia and partisans down in Odessa, and am pushing forward.
The VA disability dropped today, so I took $50 of it plus my credits on the Capital One card and reduced the balance to the $1500 limit. I'll punch another hole in the card on Monday when the SSDI drops.
Still dithering over where to stay on Monday when I go down for the NASH exam on Tuesday. Also thinking I may have to stay another day since between rush hour and a late departure from the clinic, it'll be too late to pick up groceries from Walmart before heading home. And I do want to pick up some eggs & dairy & frozen veggies, since all of those things are much more expensive here in Tonopah.
