When the water weight drops

Well, that was pretty impressive. Weight dropped seven pounds overnight, BG was normal and BP a bit low. Had a flax muffin and coffee for breakfast; mixed veggies & a pork chop with bacon for dinner. 

The second White Russian playthrough went somewhat better. The Stalinists were plagued with all manner of nationalist revolutions, most of which were too far away for us to do anything about, but I'm sure they were a contributing factor to the USSR falling to the Third Reich. Who have now declared war on me; perhaps I can talk them down. At any rate, we outlasted the Communists.
