A Bad Night For The Astros

Remembered to set my alarm last night so I woke up on time after some really weird dreams about hotels. Weight was way up, BG was on the high end of nominal, but BP was okay. I shaved, dressed, had coffee and insulin, and somehow was still barely to work on time after a stop at BK for croissants with extra eggs. They weren't ready anyway.

Over lunch I picked up my mail (mostly junk election ads) and went to Raley's for a chicken salad sandwich, tea, and fig bars. Ate the sandwich in the parking lot and went back to work. We finished up the trays of ballots around 1530 so they turned us loose early.

The original plan for tonight was to do the blogging and then go out to do laundry, but I would up listening to Lance McCullers Jr. get rocked for five dingers by the Phillies on his way to a 7-0 beating. That sucked. I wound up having a bowl of soup and half the remaining bread for dinner before tackling the blogging.

I think I'm going to watch sh0e's latest video and call it a night.
