I do things my way and I pay a high price

wombat_sochoWell, about the only good thing to say about today's weigh-in (and breaking the 425-pound mark) is that the rate of weight gain has slowed down. P has speculated that the muscles built up this summer through swimming have begun to turn to fat, thus increasing the weight. I think it has more to do with uncontrolled fressing, myself.
In other news, the weather is about to take a turn for the worse tonight, plunging into the 30s and staying there for a while. Appropriately enough, I woke up with a cold this morning after leaving the windows open in the living room last night.
Registrations are starting to come in pretty steadily now that college and other schools have been in session for a month, anime clubs have resumed their meetings, and people are starting to think about Anime Detour again. redmartel on Wednesday, and very little of it is bank stuff or other business. Time for P and I to get our staff together, exhume the filebox from storage, and start whacking away at the keyboards.
