More accurately, the next Ozersk: Norwegians sweat over a potentially disastrous nuclear waste storage situation, courtesy of those "environmentally sensitive" lads of the Russian Navy. Jesus, can't we trust these people with any technology more modern than WW2? (Colby Cosh)

This place is north of the Arctic Circle, so Germany should be just fine.
