wombat_sochoNo work today and none likely tomorrow. I sent in applications for a few jobs that I saw on CareerBuilder; one of them, annoyingly enough, was being advertised by Robert Half. What the hell, people? You say you have me hot-listed but you don't call me to let me know about this? Do I have to do everything around here myself?
Still waiting for Accountemps to pay me for last week's work; this should hit my account tomorrow, which would allow me to get this month's truck payment in late and put a little away for the rent. Hopefully I'll get some work tomorrow and Friday, but I'm not too confident. There's a lot of work out there, but for some reason it's all avoiding me.
