HELL YEAH.
Not on duty, of course, but yeah, I did a lot of drinking & rocking out.
Especially in Germany.

Well, I mean, I wouldn't expect as much "going to concerts" in the army.

Of course, I'm not really all that knowlegeable on what all goes on in the military...

Enlisted folks tend to go to concerts as much as college kids do...maybe more, since living in the barracks and eating at the mess hall doesn't cost anything, and that leaves you with a fair amount of disposable cash.
