Thank God that's over

Not because I hated the class, not at all - it was actually very good and unlike some of the other multicultural/diversity training I've had to sit through I'll probably actually make use of a lot of stuff from the class.

No, I'm just glad to be out of there because I've pretty much been trapped in a windowless classroom with 19 other people for the last twelve hours - a classroom that MIGHT have been comfortable for 10, BTW - and taken enough notes to make my fargin' elbow start hurting all over again, just when I was starting to think I was making some progress. Ah, well, at least I got to introduce one of my classmates to the wonder of Jerusalem's over the lunch break and thoroughly shame our teammates who went to McDonald's into the process. Don't get me wrong, I like McD's myself, but when the choice is between Big Mac and shawirma, well, that's no choice at all, kufr. ^_^

So now I'm home, feeling completely antisocial and thinking that it's just as well my plans for the evening fell through because I really have to do laundry. Take four ibuprofen and drive on, soldier. At least I'm just in pain and not actually sick like 433 and willow_one.
