Weight dropped to 383 and a bit; BG was normal, and BP likewise.

Did not make progress on CE, but I did bake a loaf of light rye with einkorn, which turned out well; as for the chicken & sausage, well, there was almost too much meat for the pot, but it seems to be cooking down nicely and will be ready for lunch tomorrow.

After finishing the daily blogging and testing the rye loaf, I cut down some empty boxes and opened a  box of "mixed hardbacks", which didn't contain my copy of This Time Let's Not Eat The Bones, but did have the 1988 Baseball Abstract and The Baseball Book 1995

Traded my 1st round pick for Steve Garvey of the Dodgers*, who really won't be useful until 1973 in game time, and maybe trading away Frank Howard to Pete for a good outfielder (A/35 defense, hits, has speed) and his 1st & 5th round picks. Speaking of which, I'm going to bed early since I have a 0730 game against Pittsburgh, who are 24-30 and will probably clean my clock. We're home at RFK, which gives us a slight advantage, though playing in Forbes Field would be good too. Soon enough they'll move into Three Rivers, which is a copy of RFK...anyway, tomorrow will be for paying bills and maybe also chilling out & doing CE. I really have to quit putting it off.
