fresh corn and brats

Woke up around 1300 after waking up for a couple of hours around 0300, though this time I fell back asleep fairly quickly after using the can and hydrating. Weight was down, BG was a little over normal, BP was normal, and so I fried up eggs onions & potatoes, grilled some sausage, and fixed both an English muffin and a bagel for breakfast. 

The France game is up to December of 1945, and it looks like the other Allies have Japan on the run, so I saved the game in case I wanted to go back to it and started playing Lithuania. Apparently the stock HOI4 tree for Lithuania doesn't enable you to do much more than get steamrolled by the Reich after you tell them to stuff their demands for Memel. I'll look at R56, but I somehow think I'll have to shell out money for another DLC before I can beat the world as the Baltic States. 

Went out to Raley's for more tea, some potatoes, and a few other things (including corn) but I forgot the corn until I was checking out, so I ran back and got it. It was worth it. I found a tip for nuking corn in the husk, and it's pretty amazing. Two ears and a loaded potato are probably going to jack my weight, but maybe not.
